Caponata–aus den Nebrodi Geschenkbox for fabulous aperitif plattersOur caponata is produced in a small village in the hills of Nebrodi. Sun ripened Italian vegetables are carefully sorted by hand, washed and diced. Then we gently fry it on different cooking levels so that each ingredient retains its optimum consistency. The aromatic vegetables are complemented with pine nuts, capers, olives and raisins. Then melt and caramelise the sugar in the middle of the pan and add the wine vinegar to the whole vegetable mixture
